Ecological Economics is a new branch of research which aims to set up a multidisciplinary framework in order to understand the relation between Economics and Ecology. Understanding both the Epistemological foundation and how it is related with the development of the Philosophy of Science, is of key importance for the establishment of a new paradigm in face of urgent environmental (and human) risks. email link

I'm currently working on a virtue ethics approach to military ethics and the ethics of war. A central focus for me is a purely naturalistic conception of teleology, particularly the work of Daniel Dennett, that can inform a purpose-driven approach to the ethics of armed conflict. My research falls between philosophy and international relations. email link
